  • Orders may be sent in 2 or more shipments due to size or availability, you will be notified if this is applicable
  • Refunds can be issued either before the goods are shipped, or upon return of goods in the instance of their despatch
  • Goods can only be refunded in the instance that they are damaged, or if they are still sealed in their original wrapping, and refunds cannot be issued above the original total of the sale
  • All standard customer terms apply to sales either in store or online, and you are fully entitled to all of your standard customer rights
  • Please notify us of any faulty or damaged goods, and we will arrange their replacement and return with you
  • All payments for sales are taken through secured avenues, either by Pay Pal or Global Payment (HSBC online payment system) and are subject to their terms and conditions, as well as all security checks their in.   • All payments are taken by redirection services provided by the above companies, subject to their security checks, and any payments declined are subject to their terms and conditions. Any disputed will be handled in accordance with the payment providers complaints procedure
  • We reserve the right to withhold a sale if the transaction doesn't meet the security parameters put in place by our payment systems. You are fully within your rights to dispute this via the proper channels
  • In the event of a missent order, title of the goods will remain with Titan Games Ltd, and costs for return postage are ours to bear
  • If you order items that are age restricted, the onus is upon the customer to verify this in all instances upon questioning, and by purchasing the goods you acknowledge that you are of the appropriate age
  • Customers are liable for any duty or customs fees due in the country of delivery
  • No claim for a refund can exceed the original amount paid
  • Please check all details are correct for recipient and delivery address, as Titan Games Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect details
  • In the instance of incorrect stock or information on the online store, we will notify you as soon possible, and make you aware of the actions being taken to rectify the issue
  • All orders will be sent by the postage method paid for. If we feel that the service is not appropriate, or extra cost will be involved, we will notify the customer and agree the appropriate action
  • Amendments to orders can only be received in writing, and can only be actioned if the order despatch acknowledgement has not been sent
